I recently came across an issue where my sound has completely quit with TSC but still works with everything else. I had not installed any new software or drivers to manifest this issue. I did however find that Norton 360 "force" updated with a new interface with version 24.10.9535 for those that use it. Intrigued by the matter I uninstalled Norton, ran TSC and all sound was back. I then reinstalled Norton 360 again, ran TSC and found all sound had disappeared again. After my little experiment, I searched the Norton support forums and found another TSC user with the same problem and it appears Norton is aware of the issue having provided direct support to the user and rolled back the user's software / interface to the previous version till they can find a fix. Going to reach out to them to do the same for me till they can provide a fix as the user noted. Anyone with a similar scenario may want to reach out to them directly.
