New Jersey Coast Line MultiLevel Cab Car

Just noticed the small white rectangles on the sides of this car. When in bright sunlight, they are almost not noticeable. For anyone who has this route, do you see them on your car? The livery makes no difference.

Doing some searching and investigative work and found that this model of the bi-level cab car is being affected by the Dynamic Light option in the Settings menu. If I turn off Dynamic Light, the white rectangles disappear. I have saved the particular DDS texture in DXT1, 3 and 5 (5 is the recommended setting) but no difference is seen. This is the only model I have found that is affected by Dynamic Lighting. Something to do with texture rendition I guess. Any painters want to chime in?

I am confused by your comment to "take out" the silver rectangle next to the flag, and repaint it black. Not sure what you meant by "take out" but at any rate, I repainted it black. The white rectangles now were black. !*don-know!*

My goal has been to apply the MBTA livery to both the Multilevel Cab Car and the Carriage Car using the two F40PH Packs of the MBTA livery by Francisco Nunez found in the library. He adds the necessary files to do this under the Assets DTG and RSC, for which he includes modifications to the DTG New Jersey Coast and RSC P32Pack 01. In the P32Pack01, there is a Shoreliner folder. What route uses this car? I have been successful in using these two Packs to apply the MBTA livery but I am not sure if there is a difference between the MultiLevel Cab Car and the Shoreliner Cab Car. Hope you can straighten me out. !*cheers*!

That's not what I said or showed. I changed it to gray like the picture showed and then changed the ALPHA section to black.
