Key Board not working when driving HNV SD40 engines

When I select the HNV engines SD40-2 or SD40-3 from CSX Hanover on my locomotive roster to run on my own route the keyboard will not work for the throttle or brakes. All other engines from Hanover work fine. These two engines work fine on the Hanover route. Does anyone have an idea on how this could be fixed?

I have this exact same issue currently, Can someone please explain If this can be fixed?
