QD issues

QD issues

I'm trying to do a QD and I got the spawn point OK then went to the destination and found the green dot. When I clicked on it I couldn't get anything to show up in the box. Am I doing something wrong or is there some other issue?

I usually click on the siding name or platform name for the destination.
