Trurail CSX JR SD40-2 reskin issue

I keep on trying to install this properly ( I read the read me.txt ). However when I install it all my JR SD40-2 ( plus the UP versions) disappear. I have no idea whats causing this and is it fixable?

I would suggest emailing the guys at TruRail, or messaging their page on Facebook
