Quick Drive Crashes

Hi all! Dunno if anyone can help with this. My quick drive keeps crashing whenever I try to create a new consist, and this is the error I always get from LogMate..

I have tried the tool that is available to download here to fix this issue but I keep getting a bizare error message and the below information showing up in the log.
