Certain Car Sounds Causes Sound Cutout

I have found that freight cars with similar sound sets seem to cause the in-game sounds to cut out after about 45 minutes of running or so, and I have to restart the game to bring the sounds back, simply going back to the menu doesn't clear it. These freight cars are the ones from the Sacramento Northern, The VNHRR New Haven-Springfield, and some of the marketplace freight car packs. I thought this was a memory issue (running on a laptop with 6GB RAM) but I have never had this issue on the Bessemer & Lake Erie which seems to use the same set of car sounds. Anyone have any ideas?

I don’t know if this fits in suggestions but I have everything switched over to Walter’s (Krellnut)wonderful wagon sounds and have never had a problem.
