RDC Horn Issue

I just bought the NH RDC pack and I've noticed an issue with the horn sounds, basically there's no gradual transition from the horn loop to the horn end sound (there's a gap of silence between the two). I tried changing out the horn sounds themselves but the issue remains even with new horn sounds.

Has anyone had success in fixing this? I'm sure it's a detail in the proxyxml but I couldn't figure it out poking around inside the files.
