Grade crossing cajon pass

i really want to change the sound of the Crossing on Cajon pass but I can't figure out where to put the .wav file

Edit the "Amb_P_US_LevelCrossing.proxyxml" file and change out the "Amb_P_US_LevelCrossing.dav" with your own.

Did that and the crossings are making that bad beeping default sound

double check what you changed. If it's making a beeping sound then it's not playing the sound. Make sure if you are using wav you put wav at the end and make sure the paths are correct.

I've checked everything i did a quick drive and it only beeps when a train is near but its not the default want me to senda a video ?

If you change it back to default sound does it make the regular crossing sound? It's also possible that the sound file you are trying to use is in the wrong format. Like is it mono or stereo? Compared to the default sound. I don't know much about the crossing sound files
