When moving into a slower zone, the limit should change in the hud immediately. When entering a faster zone, the limit should change when the last car or helper engine passes the sign.

Both. My whole train passes the increase speed sign but nothing changes till much farther down the tracks and the opposite for the decrease speed sign. Instead of when my head end hits the slower speed sign the speed won't change till much further from the sign.
