Peninsula Corridor: 07 Mission bay Hauler

Unread postby JohnS » Mon Sep 25, 2017 9:32 am

So yesterday I was running the above scenario and I wanted to start it over. So I backed out of the scenario and the Sim completely, used the bat file to erase the loaded Blueprints. (I always do this when reloading a scenario because if I don't I loose details in the route). Well I go to reload the scenario and it says game error locomotive ran out fuel instantly. I have a back up of the scenario and copied that over but still no fuel. Since it's a career scenario the save feature is disabled even though the scenario is unlocked in the editor so I can't change anything. Any ideas how this just happened or how I can fix it?

I have never heard of anyone having to delete the blueprints before. I would suggest that there is something screwed up with your route and you should download the route again. To do this go into your Steam TS library page and find the route in the items window. Untick the box beside it and wait until it says uninstalled then tick the box again to install the route.

someone created a batch file to delete the blueprints.pak that are compiled when opening a scenario. When you open a scenario or route for that matter it creates these files in every assets used by that scenario and route. it can cause conflicts.
I will reinstalled the route then

Isn't this the same as clearing the Cache?
