Strange Block Text in the Menus

alot of times old drivers after uninstall leaves traces of older drivers behind..that why Nvidia has the custom install option and then the clean install option to assure all traces of older drivers has been removed.....if old traces of drivers are left behind..in time it starts causing issues after newer ones are installed degraded gpu performance numerous chances of BSOD's..things tend to go wonky quickly and then there is windows update itself it's known for installing drivers on top of drivers

I have never had this problem. Tell us more about it? Every new driver I have ever D/L from NVidia uninstalls the old driver before installing the new one.

Okay so i have made a clean install of both Railworks and the latest NIVIDA Drivers... Still no luck. I got a response from Dovetail this morning on the issue and this is what they had to say: Keep in mind that I did send them a picture of the menu in its current state so they know what I have going on.
