Not working here. "A network connection could not be made to the Steam servers." it tells me. I also saw a "routine maintenance" message. Maybe just busy 2 days before X-Mas.

It is back up for me. Fortunately I went to my office party while it was down. Roasted pig, deep fried turkey and wings, chicken parmesan and lasagna and pizza and 8 different pies and a slew of cookies and salads and.... a bottle of everything you might like, except I don't drink.
