Scenario Crash (Dump Error)

Hey guys, so I recently got the Amtrak Dash8. It runs great, can run on Miami Career Scenarios, I made my own scenario on Surfline route and runs fine, and 2 of 3 scenarios out by Elphaba run fine. It is specifically Surfliner Train 564 Pt1 that crashes. His others work, the loco and the route works, idk what the problem is there.

I ran the logmate.exe and will paste the contents below for some advice.

That scenario works fine for me.

Lots of typos in there. Looks like a damaged blueprint file. I would verify the local cache.

Also your scenario database seems damaged: you have a lot of "Duplicate Scenario GUID in SerializeDatabase"

Chacal thank you for your reply, I will investigate the duplicate names in the thread you linked. I am a little apprehensive about the verify cache however. Is this the main one through Steam?

I do not want to run that one as it will wipe all my physics mods, sounds, etc... Unless you mean for specifically the BNSF unit, uninstall it, re download it, and unzip the new .ap

That I wouldn't mind doing at all.

Does it appear to be specifically the BNSF unit causing the crash? Scenario parts 2 and 3 play fluidly and without problems.

No, I think your scenario files are corrupt.
They may have caused corruption in your scenario database.
What DLC is this scenario part of? That is the DLC you would need to reinstall.

As for the verify function wiping off your mods, that is true, and you really should follow this guidance here:

If you don't, you might end up losing all your mods in a future update.

The scenario is part of the Pacific Surfliner Los Angeles to San Diego route. It requires the Amtrak Dash 8, BNSF ES44, and obviously the route. I own all the content the route requires, the only thing I have noticed in the working scenarios is the ES44's are not in parts 2 and 3. So perhaps along with what you mentioned the problem lies there?

I'm thinking you should uninstall the route and re-install it.
Just untick the checkbox in the Steam client page for TS DLC, wait a few seconds, tick it again.
No need to unpack any .ap file.

Dang I am really hoping to avoid that, the Surfliner is my home route in real life, so it is heavily modded. To wiper and re download it since my 2 click reinstall isn't setup will take ages. Too bad there is no way to edit the scenario in RW Tools or something and temporarily remove those ES44 units. Aside for reinstalling the route can you think of anything else from the log?

I will run the duplicate scenario checker and remove any copies, would that be my first step before anything that drastic?

Yes.
Also yes, you can edit the scenario with RW-Tools and swap out the engine.

Well I ran the GUID checker and omitted all the duplicates. That along with removing and reinstalling the MARIAS PASS route seemed to fix the problem. Look like the scenario was using alot of stock from the MP route to fill the LA yards etc. Once I did that it loaded up fine. Thanks everyone for all the help. *!!thnx!!*

I modified my 2 click to call sync powertoy so that it only copies files which are missing or modified. It speeds things up conserably.
