No kidding?!?! Do you have the UK Riviera Line in the 50s? How about the UP gas turbine? Are you sure you have a full install (payware) or the free upgrade, which may not have those routes. Actually, if you have a full install of TS2016, you should have two of the three routes on your PC, PennCoal and Sherman Hill. The only DLC I bought for Blackwood Creek was Colton Northern. That's one of LtBligh's routes' best features, minimal DLC required. Some want you to have $100s of DLC. Anyway, I think most of us have a full install of TS2016 and sort of take it for granted everyone does. I haven't tried Buzz's fix, but of course buying Pacific Surfliner is the easy (but more costly) way to fix it.
According to RW_Tools, if you don't have Sherman Hill, you'd be missing quite a few assets on Blackwood Creek. Buildings, lights, procedurals, quite a lot. If your Blackwood Creek seems OK, maybe these assets are coming from somewhere else. I dunno. Could you post a few screen shots?

Nope Don't have those routes either, a while back back in 2011, I purchased railworks, at that time I believe it was TS2012, after each year, it would update to TS2013 to what is now currently TS2016. So through time I had to figure out what each update did or didn't do etc.. still learning to this day. And that's where I am now, I have purchased a lot of routes and units through the years, as everyone knows that DLC is expensive.
Sounds to me this route uses a lot of assets used in multiple DLC Routes as other's do the same. I can post some shot's but as I mentioned before, this route is awesome from just going through quickly and that's how i found out I was missing some block textures.
Griphos wrote:Buzz's elegant solution should fix the problem for you. Perhaps try again and follow his instructions carefully. Remember to copy all the files inside your /Assets/RSC/PennCoal/Scenery/Blocks folder. You will probably have to unpack or look inside the PennCoalAssets.ap file inside your /Assets/RSC/PennCoal folder. This is a zip file and you can look inside it with Winrar or similar zip file viewer. Inside this zip file will be the /Scenery/Blocks folder.
Then just paste all those files in the folder structure Buzz provided.
Griphos, I did exactly that. I copied everything from PennCoal/Scenery/Block Folder, and paste those files into what Buzz provided and still these textures are missing.
