The patch said it was the updated version as it was in red when I downloaded it....
UPDATED FILE: May 21, 2016 Is what it said when I got it Unless ya got now another one out after the 21st???

I posted the file on the 23rd
The file library hasnt been updated yet
patience my friend, this patch will most likely fix the GP20
Just wait for the file library to be updated next, then look for a May 23rd update called "US Army GP20 Patch"
It will come, I promise

It is listed as "US Army GP20 Patch" in the drop down menu with the main download
