Repaint texture Glitch

Today I was playing with the NS Barcode repaint and I noticed the textures were really pixelated, I don't know why but do any of you guys know why?

Hmm.This is extremely weird.I've see pixelated textures on some of my repaints but they turn out smooth in game.
