If I move or magnify the map on the left of the time table page it smears by retaining all the map copies accumulated during the move resulting in a real mess. If I hit the Plus (+) key the map clears up. It may be Windows10??
Mine was also strobing. Had to revert to older nVidia drivers to fix it. I read you can also turn you graphics down to MSAA x 4 and it will fix it. I still have Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium. I did not want to turn down my settings so I kep going backwards with the drivers from suggestions of several people.

Accurate This is not a Windows 10 issue (its a nvidia driver problem with SSAA in TS2015) it also happens in Windows 7/8.1 with the later NVidia drivers probably from about Geforce 353.xx to 355.xx The "+" key on my rig does not work - I still get multiple entries on the 2D map making it unusable for shunting. I use the 347.xx driver which is stable and can be used for most NVidia cards. Some use the 350.xx driver and say that works OK - it doesn't for me. Regards pH
I'm currently using nVidia driver 10.18.13.5560 with my GeForce GT 630 and not having any visual problems. I imagine that there are WIn10 compatible drivers available for all nVidia cards by now.
