It's in the same menu as the local files to verify cache only click on DLC it will pull up all your purchases with little checks beside them this is what tells the game what to load. Uncheck what you don't use and the game will load a little faster.

In the store it says I own it but it doesn't show up on the list. Doing the dreaded verify.
