U m can someone please explain whys do not have the dash 9 livery for Canadian national and Norfolk southern o would really appreciate it if someone tells me what might have occured

Hard to say, but when you find things missing, the best thing to try first is a verify game cache integrity through steam, it will replace any missing files. If it finds no files are missing, well that is a different story.
