SD60M - Scenario Issue

Meow everyone. :)

Well, again I have to post something which I would have prefered not to post ... butt those bugs are so annoying, preventing to finish scenarios etc. so I need to do it again. First of all, no, the achievements of the stuff I posted earlier still do not unlock and are still stuck ... for months by now, butt oh well, let's write about the SD60M now.

There are two lousy scenarios for this 10+ dollar addon, and even those are bugged. You tank the loco up first, then you get going for the hill from Cheyenne upwards. The speed limit slowly rises to 40 and then to 55 MPH, so yeah, time to accelerate. Hmm, well, after 27.8 MPH it's over. You keep pushing, yet it abruptly stops accelerating at the same speed, tried three times. 27.8 MPH is the top, you can't go more. It stays at that speed if you use 50%, 70%, 80% or 100% or whatever above 50% power. That of course causes huge delays, and I didn't even want to spend the time going further than Wycon (where I was just on time), as it was obvious I would score negative digits till the end. The achievement demands 700 points which is impossible.

Why does this stuff always have to be? Achievements not working (Donner Pass, Taurus U2 and more), engines malfunctioning (SD60M), timetables impossible to do (every but one Donner Pass scenario and 2nd Pacific Surfliner scenario), and more. I for sure have bought the last add-on for a while ... it's really annoying as hell.

Purpose of scenarios coming with loco packs is just a test drive (as alternative to quick drive)

Does this happen outside of the scenario?

Scenarios are everything. An engine is useless if you don't have scenarios for it.

That's where the Workshop is such a great thing. Elphaba's has one in the works for Cajon.
