sd70 v2 headlights

Unread postby SEVENDUSTALEIN » Mon Oct 21, 2013 10:43 pm

I just bought the sd70 v2 pack and the CN sd40-2 wide nose. My tsx is enabled. and other locos lights work, just to say. I turn on the light and headlight lights up, but theres no light. Is there way i could copy UP sd70m lights and replace all the sd70 packs lights.

Copying a lighting enhancement from one locomotive to another requires a knowledge of the workings of child objects in the Locomotive .BIN blueprint file. But it can be accomplished with the proper tools.

Those packs were made before the current TSX engine was released - and still haven't been upgraded to TSX standards. So no TSX, no light, no rain on the windows. I think there might be a light enhancement pack for both packs in the file library...

I'm pretty sure you want lights for SD70 Pack V2 Volume 2.

This will work.
On Cajon Pass the lights will work after install of this patch. On other routes where a person wants to use this fix, a person will have to go into the world editor and click on the small blue cube in the middle left flyout window, then go to the upper right flyout window and select "Kuju" then "RailsimulatorUS" in the check boxs.
A person will have to do this for each route they want to use the SD70s on.
