SP SD45 Sound Issue

Hi all say I have the SP SD45 Set from DTM. I hear a loud knocking noise inside the Cab can anyone tell? Me how to get rid of this sound it is very annoying to me.

There is a fix on digirail website but i can't seam to get it to work..
