train brake problem

i was driving in my free rome map and i accidenty hit the z key and the engine turnoff. I started it back up. but when i get to 10mph or and any speed and put it on idle. The train just comes to a stop. (no rolling stock was atteched) All 3 of my brakes are at 0%.

I can i fix this
