Unread postby AntonLchange » Fri Sep 27, 2013 8:45 am

Installed the Wycombe Branch from the workshop. It is in the route list but when i try to greate a scenario
all i get is a green field. Verifide the game files. All present. Gleared blueprint gache. Run RW-tools, no missing
assets. Still only a green field.
Any suggestion welcom.

sounds like a location problem, if you go into the 2d map can you see track? if you can hold "Ctrl" while you left click once on the spot you want to go to. Then use the go to button on the location fly out

Where did you select to start the scenario? Because Bob used the Woodhead template, the location markers listed are on the Woodhead route so you'll just get a green field. The only exception is 'route origin' which will take you, correctly, to Maidenhead.

What I'm saying is that all those locations take you to the coordinates of locations on the original route that the builder used as a template. As that's a couple of hundred miles away from this route, no wonder you see nothing. Just use 'route origin' from the list and you'll be fine.

Hi

Sorry for missing this thread.

I didn't know how to set up the Quick Drive correctly when the route was first uploaded which is why it was a bit of a fiddle to get to use the route. I've put a revised version on Steam this morning which should have this sorted out - whether it will automatically update your copies or not I have no idea. !**conf**!

Hope you enjoy the route. :D

With a pair of travelers at each windowpane.
I may sit beside you all the journey through,
Or I may sit elsewhere, never knowing you.
But if fate should mark me to sit by your side,
Let's be pleasant travellers; it's so short a ride."

I have uploaded a scenario to Workshop for Bob's route, imaginatively called Class 33 Loco Hauled! (In addition to the route you will need the BR Class 33 diesel).
