I got the e-mail below from RSC Support today about the DLC that we're having trouble with. Let's hope it doesn't take too long.

The AT&N Consolidation,
The BNSF GP38-2,
The PRR Alco RS11,
Please reply to this email rather than generating a new email, this will avoid any confusion, it also enables us to read the history of all correspondence in order
