Scenario starts underground

I can't remember, what combination of keys do you need to hit to get up to ground level if you start underground?

If the scenario marker is underground with you, click it and press J to get it to ground level. Then use arrow keys and mouse and fly to the surface. CONTROL and arrow key moves you faster.

I thought it was shift + arrow keys to go faster.
