3rd Party Content Not Showing Up In Game

I have TS 2013, and I am having trouble with installing 3rd party content. So I install using the Utilities.exe program, but the locos don't show up in game. The routes do but the rolling stock doesn't. This is the procedure that I do:
First - I open up Utilities.exe and go to the Package Manager tab
Second - Then I click on refresh before I do anything.
Third - After that, I click the install button and find the .rwp file I want to install
Fourth - Then I install it and I am done

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but I don't know why the routes install but not the rolling stock.

You might need to install a Geo from the original if it is a locomotive and some other stuff file after you run the rwp. What is it you are trying to install? Answer that and I can probably solve your problem.

You need to put the geos in there. Those are payware assets

Yes. That would be the BNSF Dash9 pack and NS Heritage ES44AC pack available on steam

I think the ES is the Kuju one and not the payware one. Read the instructions. If it is the one from Bob Artim.
