Some of you folks folks here may remember Bill Burnett. He was the developer of the Sea View route for MSTS, probably THE most popular fantasy route ever created for MSTS.

For those that don't have an inklin' about the MSTS world, this might still interest you, but first - a short preface. :mrgreen:

Bill is a retired Biology Professor from a college here in Georgia. After his retirement he decided he would pursue his long time dream of seeing Alaska.
He bought a motor-home and on April 23rd, he and his dog Spooky left the comfort of their home and hit the road - North - to Alaska.

I highly recommend at least a quick look-see at his site, but I think you'll find his narration and photos a bit of an adventure. !*th_up*!

As of his last post - July 13, 2010 - he's in Deadhorse, Alaska, the furthest you can drive North.

Interesting. I always wanted to do something like this. Hit the road and document my adventures as I go. I'll bookmark this and read up on it during down time at work. New reading material is always a good thing!

Thanks for putting this up Hawk, it's fascinating, and the Gentleman is certainly going to enjoy himself on his travels.
