Good grief, those things fly! I sure as heck hope there's a conductor watching out that end car on those consists going backwards. Can't believe they do that. I really can't. Engine goes on the point, not at the rear. !*don-know!*

As always, nice stuff, Sty. Very nice work. !!*ok*!! Please, just don't get yourself run over. We kinda like you around here, bro. !*salute*!

Ummm, yes, serious. I'd like to know how they drive the thing backwards? Does the engineer go to what I would consider the rear car and have controls there? I dunno, and I'm curious how they drive it. !*don-know!*

You surprise me everyday Chris. I think it was you who didn't know about the Genesis?
Where do you live my friend? !*roll-laugh*!

You are correct. All I have near me is the Green Line, the Blue Line and freight. I guess there is the Red line which goes from downtown LA thru a tunnel to the north. Then there is Metrolink. Never ridden on any of them. Guess maybe one day I should.

I live about 20 miles south of LA, and a few miles north of the port of Long Beach. Concrete jungle here. Everyone has their own car. Most times it's one person in one car. Or SUV. !*not-ok*!

We don't have trains like this out here. Never seen one, so the concept of the engine in the back just eludes me.

Well.
L.A., the city built for cars. !*hp*!

Here's a map: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=il If you scroll north, you will see a spur line that goes from LAX down to the port of Long Beach. But that's freight only.

It's much easier for me to drive to where I want to go than drive to a station, wait for the train, then take a cab from there to where I actually need to go. It's just the way it is out here.

Sorry Chris, I honestly wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic or not.. Hence a light humored "not sure if serious" picture. :) It's all good.
