New security measures for Swiss Train Simulator content

Unread postby AmericanSteam » Tue Aug 13, 2024 2:12 pm

Chris Trains has posted this information on DTG's Train Simulator Classic Forums. Synopses: There seems to be an amendment to SBB licensing affecting Swiss train simulator modeling. It is now forbidden, in Swiss content, to specifically show how to fully start and operate a train on the Swiss Rail Network, only basic accelerating and braking are allowed, SIFA and PZB are to be disabled on any new content. The reasoning behind this may be a security measure most likely to prevent terrorists from learning how to drive Swiss trains. Will it happen elsewhere?
