My version of the GP7 is now available. Obviously it is based on the GP9 but has the following differences:-

Less power, different louver arrangements on the hood doors, New cabs (sort of half way between those of the previous F series and the GP9s)

There is no freeware version of this model and only four variations at the moment. High nose db and ndb, Low nose db and ndb.

They are kits. You need to repaint them yourself. Its possible that someone here would paint one for you.

C&O bought many of these Geeps to phase out the aging steam motive power roster - even with 'Coal as King' on this eastern class one road.

We need lots of repaints in Chesapeake and Ohio, Baltimore and Ohio and Western Maryland colors.

Well then with a due respect I suggest you learn how to repaint.

Excellent suggestion. Buzz.

I want to join the Railworks Priesthood and learn all the Magic Tricks of the Trade and Hidden Secrets. The learning curve is ever so step for a new 'nugget' like me starting out.

The secret hand shake is first on my list.;-)

OlPaint that is a bit insulting. A simple search will get you most of the information you need to start repainting in minutes.

Heck, just look at the Rolling-Stock Design forum here and the second sticky will give you a good start.

There is your hand shake.

It was more of a slap in the face than a handshake. The point is that we don't keep secrets here. There are several great posts here on repainting (and modeling).

Just Kidding. But I do have a question for Dick or anyone who can answer this. I cant seem to find the fuel tanks or the plow on this one. It labeled in the template and everything but when I save the file it still shows the default paint. The other maps had a couple different layers of weathering on the tanks but this one doesnt or Im just not doing something right. Heres a couple pictures to show what I mean. Thanks for the new model Dick its awesome!
