Here's my problem fellas. Can you help me out? This Shay is invisible. I hear the clanging as I attempt to place it in the world editor. But I never see it. Does this mean the shape file is missing? Not properly executed? Your help on this one appreciated.

What do you mean by "This Shay"?
If you mean the "BLC-CopyShayBShapes.bat", that's not an engine, that's a DOS batch script file.

Other than I don't have that vehicle script lua at all the setup is just the same on mine. The default and the BLC-G-1 both have geo files. Usually if something is invisible the geo file or the textures are missing. Again on mine only the BLC-R-2 has anything in the textures folder. I am going to go make sure this thing shows up since I haven't used it in ages.

Mine are not showing up either so we need to get someone else to look at this.

Never mind. It's back! Spent 4 hours until 2 a.m. and then again 4 hours today trying to figure this one out . Finally I decided to uninstall and then reinstall everything associated with BLC and the Shays. That still didn't work. Then I thought maybe I was missing a file or some such thing so I went back to Railworks America file library and re-downloaded the BLC repaints. It was then that I re-read the instructions closely and voila! I now have one of my favorite locos back. It was that BLC-CopyShayBShapes.bat file that I forgotten about. OilPaint had tried to help but didn't mention this one. Double clicked on the batch file and finally it returned! . . . sheesh! Another fun adventure in railroad simming!

Well something good came out of it for me also since I went to my backup copy of RW and retrieved the shay from there and now I have it back also.
