I bought Dick's Mogul last year and it is a beautiful model. I can insert it into a scenario and move all around it with no problems. However, whenever I start the locomotive moving forward, the program crashes and I get a SBHH. I've tried the loco on several different routes with the same results. The same file works perfectly on my office computer. Dick has been so nice to work with me and has offered several possible fixes, but nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried re-downloading the whole thing? I had a problem like that on another item from someone else and never got it to work until I re-acquired the whole thing. Curious that it works on one computer and not another.

I have tried re-downloading several times including the latest upgrade. Dick also zipped up his Britkit Mogul folder for me to try...no success. Thanks for your suggestion.
