PRR repaint for Britkits Alco RS3

I have searched RWA library for a PRR repaint for Alco RS3 with no success. I think MadMike1024 has done a few RS3, RSC3, and RSD5 repaints for Britkits locos for several roads. But 'no joy' for PRR.
Can someone point me to the source?

I don't believe he ever did one for the RS3.

Hi,
A Pennsy RS3 is part of Dick's own Alco RS3 Xtra pack.
Xtra pack
This has RS3 models with double vertical and horizontal lights. Also shapes for the RSC3 and RSD5 along with various extra “fittings” Also versions with dynamic brakes and a “Bonus” model!!!

The Extra Pak was indeed where the Alco RS3 PRR repaint was found.
