Nope. They are not narrow gauge shays.

I don't believe so, however I think Community Project Platform (RSC DLC) has an Enlish narrow gauge.

There's 2" and 2"3' track in the UKTS library. No current US NG stock I can think of ( not much NG anywhere, TBH ).
