Boston & Albany 4-6-6-T Upgrade.

I have updated the various running files and added animated coal
I also noted an anomaly with the combine shape file. I have also corrected that.
I hope the set runs better now. I have tested if over two days on the RWA route even at the expense of being called a "Grumpy Granddad" by the offspring's offspring!!
