Now I have got the 2-8-8-2 out of my hair (I am sure there will be some problem with it!) what now? Well I still have the USRA switchers to do, 0-6-0 and 0-8-0 and then the shays. I have a mounting urge to something new. By the way I have decided to keep going with Britkits but at a much slower rate. Actually it is a mountain urge. I have started on a new 4-8-2. That, I think will end the USRA range. After that perhaps some electrics, though I have got some plans for a commuter tank engine, 2-6-2 I think.
Dick.

The mountain will be more than welcome in my USRA stable.
Glad you're sticking with it.

What about a climax or a heisler steam locomotive? They would be a good expansion on the logging fleet.

I second the USRA 4-8-2 and suggest a USRA 2-10-2.

My book doesn't have USRA 2-10-2 plans though it does have the Santa Fe version. It also says that it is close to the USRA version. Will that do? I aim to get the full USRA set!!!
