Attention All - Help with Outdated Threads and Files!

After reading a couple of recent posts here, it's become apparent that there may be some posts in the forum that, due to improvements in the game, contain outdated information and/or irrelevant info.
There may also be some files in the File Library that no longer function as intended due to improvements in the game.

If anyone comes across any posts or files that fall into this category, PLEASE let me know. I can address the issue much better if I know about it. *!greengrin!*

Hi Hawk,

I don't visit this site very often, but today I was looking through the Tutorials and noticed that 2 of the tutorials there on 'Setting up a new Route' and 'Swapping Rolling stock' are very old based on my original RS_Tools program for RailSimulator.

Updated Tutorials on the same subjects and several others for RailWorks are on my home page at http://www.rstools.info and you are quite welcome to either link to these or to host them yourself if you wish.

They are all illustrated and in .pdf format.

Mike Simpson.

Thanks for pointing that out Mike, and thanks for the permission to host yours.
I see you have quite a few tutorials on your site for RWTools. I do have a link to your site on the RWA Links page and I'm thinking about starting a Wiki and I'll link to your tutorials there, or - since you graciously gave permission to host them, I might add them to the Wiki. I'm not sure at this point.

I'll contact Kevin and Michael and see what they want to do about their files in the Library.
