I think $5 or $10 a year is very reasonable. To be honest, I only on occasion use the file library. I've barely used it. But just to keep the forum up is worth the money.

To those thinking of pulling their content if it's put behind any form of paywall? I say leave it here and place it on another site as well that's free. Maybe add a reference in the file description here to redirect them to the free access version, so the authors have peace of mind that downloaders have a free option and know it.

So far you've been very transparent on costs. Hopefully that will alleviate concerns to those concerned that their files are being used to fund your retirement. Thanks for everything! Xeon-based servers? You just went full on legit now! I highly doubt you will need to upgrade the RAM to 8GB on a website of this caliber. I think you are all good! !!*ok*!!
