Procedure to upload a tutorial

I'm in he process of writing a tutorial concerning repainting rolling stock (50% complete). My Q. : How or where should I load the final tutorial in PDF format? !!*ok*!!

As any other file to RWA?

You can send me the PDF and I will link to it from a a stub article in the web site's tutorials section.
Or, even better, send me also the source material and I will publish them into a real article, while preserving the same layout as in the PDF as much as possible.
