Looking for a blueprint

Unread postby PapaXpress » Tue Feb 12, 2013 2:18 am

I am trying to make a number board. Simple enough, I've made a couple.... only with static numbers MadMike had to paint on. I want to make a scenery object where I can plug in a four digit in the right hand flyout.

No a milepost marker will not work, it has to be attached to a network ribbon.

What do you mean it has to be attached to a network ribbon?

With mile posts and speed signs they need to be attached to the track. The track is a network ribbon.

I may have to resurrect some of Kali's old code. He had a portable numbering system. I wonder where he went off to?

OH! You DON'T want it to be dependant on a ribbon. If you have to, you could always pop a small track section underground.

this is the number board for a steam engine. *!!wink!!*

I found Kali's library. I think I can pull it off now that I am a couple years older. The man was brilliant.
