I'll take a crack at it for ya. I need projects like this to help me up my experience in modeling.

The cherry on top of this cake would be some way be able to easily change the name of the town on the water tower.
Good luck on them, they are needed for sure and will be a welcome addition!

How are they done on dynamic MP's? If there is a way of incorporating whatever file the MP's use into this model then it would very much be possible but, that is out of my realm at the moment but I will do some research. Anyone else have an thoughts on this? Is this possible? I say anything is possible.

This might be a bit too big, but it's 500,000 gallons, 50' across and 160' tall. Could probaby scale it down, and will work on a pedestal type next. What size were you looking for? Height, width, volume?
I'll include a repaint kit to make repainting or changing the name easier, not simple, but easier. See through ladder and walkways, too.
