Your scenario reports Broken Consists. The temptation would be to delete them. This is not neccessary now because they are easy to fix.
Make a note of the Lat Long co-ordinates for each broken consist then go into edit mode.
Type the co-ordinates into the GPS drop down panel at the top of the screen and click the little white triangle.
When all the scenery has loaded (give it a short while), examine the couplings between the wagons.
If they look like the screenshot below, then you have identified the broken consist.
http://www.atomic-album.com/showPic.php ... issing.jpgExpand your view so that you can see the entire consist and where it resides on the track.
IMPORTANT. You must have Consist Select enabled. This is circled in light blue on the screenshot below.
Click on roughly the centre wagon of the consist so that the entire consist highlights in red.
Pick up the consist and place it back on the track where it was before.
Examine the couplings. If they now look like the screenshot below, then you have fixed the broken consist.

Carry out this process for each of the broken consists you noted earlier.
Exit edit mode back into play mode by clicking the orange triangle.
Oh no! It still says you have broken consists!
Don't worry. This time, hit exit. When you re-open the scenario, it will be fixed
