Scenery Object from Locomotive or Car

Does anyone know how to create a scenery object from a locomotive or car (i.e. to put on display in a park or museum?

RW tools has info in the help section on how to clone a loco(for example) then make the clone "dead",so it will become a static object.

All you really have to do is lay a short piece of track where you want it to be as scenery and lower it beneath the ground so it is out of site then put the engine on the track

That will only work to make it part of a scenario.....I'm looking to make it a perminate scenery object in a route. For example, the PRR Caboose near the Galitzin Tunnels on the HSC Route

Do it in the world editor and it will be part of the scenery you can not place track in the scenario editor so It will only work that way

But how do you place the locomotive or car in the world editor?
