Seeking a list where the be declare Kuju shader.

But if RW3 will have dynamic shadows, won't this information (and shading) be irrelevant?

No - to bend the metaphor quite severely, a shader is just a term for a type of texture. Technically it's ... the nearest thing would be a type of software driver that the graphics system loads up to process all the lighting and effects for a type of material. It's not actually specifically to do with shadows :)
