Editing RW Scenery Characters
Posted: Tue Jun 21, 2011 10:36 pmI would like to edit some of the characters (people) in RW. Has anyone seen a tutorial on this subject? I searched the wiki with no success.

Repaint is somewhat more complicated than a railcar particularly if you plan on editing facial features
