Turntable scuffle

I recently made a turntable for my route from scratch. It is working fine but the issue is that the turntable rebounces back to the original position when used for the first time and then turns 360 degree afterward. I am also uploading a video to demonstrate the issue, the turntable rebounces from 00:40 to 00:55.

Is there anything I can do with this time table to eradicate this error or it is a normal behaviour?
Also I am attaching the screenshot of the source file to show namings of my mesh and xml file in txt format.
Any help is really appreciated.
