Exfoliated trees

Unread postby PapaXpress » Sat Mar 12, 2011 4:12 pm

So I was putting some more trees down last night... but the leave are gone. These models are from 3DdTrains, and I know I saw them with leaves before. Is there a "season" setting I could have mistakenly changed in the editor?

Yes, In the scenario editor you can change the seasons. It should be summer to see everything in full. However, there might be dead versions of the foliage in the pack too.

OK, I found out what I did. When I was playing around with a free roam scenario I had it set for Spring. When I set it to Summer there are leaves.

... But around here we have leaves in the Spring, could this be a bug, or is these East Coast trees?

It is not a bug.

Objects can have sets of textures for whatever season they want. So winter textures for winter, spring for spring, etc. The textures for spring show dead trees.
