It is possible of course.
Whether or not someone will be willing to spend hours modeling a building that is of interest to only one person is a different story.

On the other hand, it could be used as a generic school in many routes, so it may actually be of interest to a majority.

And of course the first thing would be to post a bunch of pictures before anyone would think about tackling such a project.

Maybe if it's vintage.

Modern, not so much, not interested in modern objects.

Would like to see some pictures if possible.

There's two roads that passes the high school, one road has a side view of that and another has the front, look on google street view, search 'Delmarva Christian High School'

That's a real small school; looks more like an old folks home to me. Does Buzz live there? *!lol!*

Yes! All it needs is the bell on top and the colors need to be changed. That's all

You guys need to get out more often. You can view the school from Bing's Bird's Eye: http://binged.it/14PceCw

I have built a model in Blender and have the main school and the gym, but not the new addition. How much detail do you need? I have flat walls with windows and doors painted on. Is this a close to the rails building or a middle distance thing? In real life the nearest tracks are pretty far from the school, 500yds and through a forest. I'll try and get in-game pictures soon.
